detailed reports to support preservation planning. For institutions seeking grant funding, we
recommend reaching out at least three months in advance to discuss project requirements.
Condition Reports & Photo-Documentation
We offer detailed condition reports, complete with high-quality photographic documentation,
to support insurance coverage, acquisition decisions, and sales of collection materials. If you
are considering purchasing an artwork or historical object, we can assess its condition with
the owner’s permission and provide recommendations for necessary treatments.
Collections Care
While collections care recommendations are often included in our surveys, we also provide
standalone advisory services. We assist institutions, private collectors, and dedicated

Exhibitions

Digitization

photographs. Flat works up to A3 size are professionally scanned, while larger items are
